無(wú)菌灌封機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向閥組（AP閥）

a.腔承受的工作壓力(CIP壓力）0.4MPa.

b.閥腔通徑流量大于1500L/Hr.

c.所有與產(chǎn)品接觸的零部件材料采用食品級(jí)材料，耐溫150℃以上，耐酸堿，不分解，整個(gè)閥組金屬材料采用食品級(jí)不銹鋼材料。

d.各閥在工作時(shí)要要求無(wú)泄漏，活動(dòng)自如，各閥在關(guān)閉工作位時(shí)，各閥所控制的工作介質(zhì)不能夠相互滲漏，并保證閥腔以及整個(gè)產(chǎn)品通道與外界完全隔離無(wú)滲漏，確保閥腔及產(chǎn)品通道能夠達(dá)到無(wú)菌狀態(tài)。

e.閥腔和整個(gè)產(chǎn)品通道表面光滑（表面光潔度達(dá)到0.8um）接口平滑過(guò)渡，無(wú)死角，清洗后沒(méi)有產(chǎn)品、工作介質(zhì)余垢。
